French cuisine students showcase dishes atop Arc de Triomphe Young people from all over the world studying French cuisine in its native land put their best foot forward on Tuesday at the "Good France / Goût de France" event atop the Arc de Triomphe. Lucky tourists were joined by French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault and celebrated chef Alain Ducasse to taste the aspiring chefs' takes on magret de canard, pastrami, with lemon tarts and macarons among the choices for dessert.
