Miami resident Nicolas Fernandez says he hasn't yet heard from family friends who were staying in a 12-story oceanfront apartment building that partially collapsed and killed at least one person in Surfside, Florida. Fernandez says the friends were staying overnight in a unit that his family owns in the building. "The one day that they decided to stay there overnight is the one day that this happened," he says.
