The husband of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, the British-Iranian citizen who has been detained in Iran since 2016, has started a hunger strike outside Britain's Foreign Office. Richard Ratcliffe is calling for the UK government to change its approach in negotiating his wife's release, and for Britain to pay a long-standing debt it owes to Iran for tanks which were ordered before the Iranian revolution, and never delivered.
