Description
An Egyptian vulture injured by kite strings takes its first flight in weeks after being nursed by brothers Nadeem Shehzad and Mohammad Saud at their bird rescue centre. The brothers nurse and care for raptors, most of which have been injured by sharp strings used for kite-flying. The strings affect pigeons, sparrows and other birds too which are cared for by good samaritans in the city. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES ARRANGED IN SEQUENCES (in sequences)
