Description
In Saint-Raphaël (Var), before the start of the high season, the harbour authority is installing its latest ecological anchoring system to accommodate pleasure boats. This type of mooring system preserves Mediterranean tapeweed, a protected marine plant with flowers, a real "lung of the Mediterranean", capable of neutralising carbon and releasing up to "14 litres of oxygen per square metre", i.e. "three times more than a traditional forest".
