Stockshots of migrants crossing the English Channel between France and the United Kingdom, as a planeload of 31 asylum seekers claimants is due to depart Tuesday as part of an UK plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda. London says the agreement reached with Kigali is aimed at deterring illegal migrants from undertaking perilous crossings of the Channel by boat, but the agreement was slammed on Monday by UN refugee chief Filippo Grandi as "all wrong".
