Rescuers clean up the debris after Russians shelled the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv in strikes where 9 were injured and 1 woman had her foot blown off, according to eyewitnesses. In a video posted on his Telegram channel, Oleg Synegubov, the Kharkiv regional governor, confirmed that the woman, "75 years old, died in a hospital due to the injuries." Oleksiy Konovalov, a serviceman, says he came to the site of the shellings with his tourniquets to find "two people who were unconscious here and I helped them." Yevhen Vasylenko, a spokesperson for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, claims the attack was made by the Grad long-range Multiple Rocket Launcher System, the first time that form of artillery has been used on Ukraine's second biggest city.
