Russian Deputy Defence Minister Alexander Fomin holds a meeting with the heads of foreign forces in Moscow over the drills planned for September 1 – 7. Servicemen from Kremlin-friendly countries including close ally Belarus, India, Mongolia and Syria will participate in the drills.
