Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, describes Denys Monastyrsky, the Ukrainian Interior Minister killed in a helicopter crash on Wednesday, as an "extremely young, very creative, good person". Speaking in Davos, Switzerland, where he is attending the World Economic Forum, Klitschko says of the crash, which occurred near a nursery in a suburb east of Kyiv, "18 people died, and I guess three children".
