Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky says his military will be able hold ground in the eastern Donbas region and recapture territory if his Western backers speed up arms deliveries. "If weapon (deliveries) are accelerated -- namely long-range weapons -- we will not only not withdraw from Bakhmut, we will begin to deoccupy Donbas, which has been occupied since 2014," Zelensky tells senior EU officials at a summit in Kyiv.
