Oscar-shaped salmon toasts and smoky chocolate cigars are on the menu of the 95th Academy Awards dinner that will immediately follow the ceremony. Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck says “We're gonna have a great menu this year again, and it's always about tradition and innovation. So we make new things and keep some of the old things you know. From the old things everybody knows already, our chicken pot pie with truffles, and we do our agnolotti, every year with some different fillings, sometimes with truffle, sometimes with fresh English peas and so forth.
