Description
At the top of 52 steep, narrow stone steps at All Saints' church, in Kingston-Upon-Thames, London, expert bellringers are putting two new recruits through their paces ahead of King Charles III's coronation. The pair are hoping to be in the belfry tower of the church in Kingston upon Thames, near London, the day before the coronation to ring a celebratory peal. "I saw on the six o'clock news them asking for more bell ringers to be part of the king's coronation, and I thought I wanted to be part of it," says one of the new recruits, Anne Porter.
