People in the capital Moscow react after Russia's upper house of parliament approved a controversial bill to create a digital draft system that could bar men from leaving the country amid Moscow's offensive in Ukraine. Programmer Kirill Asmadeus says that "it's high time (the draft papers) were digitised", whilst engineer Gennady Kruglov believes that the new law has a "lot of ill-defined, not very concrete parts." Senators backed the bill after parliament's lower house, the State Duma, passed the legislation on second and third readings on Tuesday. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
