The Food at 52 cookery school in London holds a class to teach the ‘Coronation Quiche’ recipe ahead of the crowning of Charles III on Saturday 6 May. "I prefer the quiche to the coronation chicken" that was created to be served at the Coronation Luncheon in 1953, says Jonathan Rawlings. Emily Ash, co-owner at Food at 52, hopes that many people around the world will be cooking the quiche next weekend as "it’s quite a cheap dish to do". IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
