Emmerson Mnangagwa is sworn in as president of Zimbabwe for a third term, promising that "democracy, good governance, the rule of law and the politics of tolerance will be entrenched". He goes on to commend the crowd of supporters for "peaceful, free, fair, transparent" elections.
