Description
On a visit to Armenia, Canada's Minister for Foreign Affairs Melanie Joly meets a group of displaced people from Azerbaijan's Armenian-populated region of Nagorno-Karabakh in the Caucasus country's southern town of Jermuk. Joly, who is on a two-day trip to the country, also visits Armenian military positions near Jermuk alongside members of the European Union's border monitoring mission in Armenia (EUMA), a month after Baku recaptured the mountainous territory of Nagorno-Karabakh from ethnic-Armenian separatists in late September.
