US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen raises American concerns about the impact of China’s “industrial overcapacity” on the global market as she meets with the governor of the southern Chinese city of Guangdong, Wang Weizhong. Yellen is also due to hold two days of meetings with her Chinese counterpart, He Lifeng, the country’s economic tsar, before travelling to Beijing for talks with other high-level officials.
