The World Trade Organization's chief economist, Ralph Ossa, says that the body expects global trade to rebound this year, but warns that geopolitical tensions and economic policy uncertainty risked darkening the picture. "We are still monitoring these trends towards fragmentation along geopolitical lines (...)
