After a Ukrainian missile hit a building in the Russian border city of Belgorod, residents and emergency services clear rubble and search for missing people. The Russian defence ministry said a Ukrainian Tochka-U missile hit the building after being intercepted by air defences, injuring at least 20, according to emergency services. IMAGES
