NATO's new Secretary General Mark Rutte says his "priority" is to "ensure that Ukraine prevails" in its fight against Russia's invasion. Speaking in Kyiv, on his first trip as alliance chief, Rutte says "I come to Ukraine at the start of my mandate to make crystal clear to you, to the people of Ukraine and to everyone watching that NATO stands with Ukraine."
