German officials say a Saudi man has been arrested after a deadly car ramming attack on a Christmas market in which a vehicle barreled through a crowd of revelers at high speed, leaving a trail of bloody carnage. The 50-year-old suspect appears to be the "lone perpetrator," Tamara Zieschang, Saxony-Anhalt's regional interior minister, tells reporters, alongside state premier of Saxony-Anhalt Reiner Haseloff.
