The family of a Palestinian prisoner Ahmed Ayoub Al-Saifi, who received a 17-year prison sentence, is saddened by the Israel's announcement of postponing the release of Palestinian prisoners on Sunday. Al-Saifi was arrested in August 2010 on charges of belonging to Hamas' armed wing, the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades.
