Description
The Vitosha ski resort, a mountain overlooking Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, was the first to have a chairlift in the country. But its infrastructure is now dilapidated, and the resort is far from its former glory today. "After 20 years, of the ten facilities in operation, only one is still operational" laments Ivaylo Rangelov, founder of the local ski club. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
