Former President Barack Obama on Tuesday cautioned Democrats that even though “the torch has been passed” to Harris, the work for Democrats is not yet done.
Obama was the keynote speaker on the second night of the party convention in Chicago.
He warned against complacency at the polls in November and urged Americans to vote.
“Make no mistake, it will be a fight,” Obama said. For all the energy and memes and rallies, he said, “this will still be a tight race in a closely divided country.”
