The scars of war are not always visible. A year ago, we met a soldier now living in East Tennessee dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder, not from a battle overseas but a mass shooting here on the homefront. In the midst of his ongoing psychological battle, we learned more about the fight he and others like him are facing with the federal government.
