Indiana State Police are investigating after an inmate died at the Howard County Jail over the weekend. Around 7 p.m. Saturday, May 24, detention deputies found 47-year-old Amanda L. Sullivan, of Kokomo, unresponsive on the ground. The deputies began medical treatment, including CPR, but Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene, state police said.
