An Indiana middle school teacher has been arrested and charged with three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. The Monticello Police Department said they arrested Timothy Bulow, 30, of Monticello, on Thursday, April 3, 2025 following an "ongoing investigation" into allegations of inappropriate behavior involving a minor. Bulow is a teacher at Roosevelt Middle School in Monticello, police said.
