Description
An office space in Carmel is changing the work experience for more than 3,000 of its tenants.
It's part of a $40 million renovation at Carmel Gateway, which is one of the areas largest office parks.
Part of their re-branding has been putting in walking trails, a pickleball court, a café and a gym on campus.
Managers told 13News they want help getting workers back in the building after being away during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Here at Carmel Gateway, the nature of work is changing. It's not just changing here on property, it's changing everywhere," manager Kennedy Gallagher said. "Work-life balance is important, and our rebrand is really aligned with focusing on the person outside of their career."
