Description
A new Indiana house bill would direct funding from permanent places to stay for unhoused people to providing services in parking lots, camps and individual shelters.
House Bill 1662, authored by Rep. Michelle Davis, (R-District 58), would also make it a crime for "camping, sleeping or using for long term shelter land owned by the state or a political subdivision."
