A 28-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly trying to sell a teenage girl for drugs. In a post on Facebook, the Marion Police Department said officers responded to the 500 block of East 4th Street on a report of a disturbance just after 7 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18. Dispatch told officers a 16-year-old girl told them a man had put his hands on her. Once police arrived on scene, they found a vehicle and two people. The man was identified as a 28-year-old Anthony Franko-Smith, of Muncie.
