A woman has died after what police describe as a "domestic-related" shooting early Monday inside a northeast Indy apartment. Around 2 a.m. Jan. 13, IMPD officers responded to a report of a possible home invasion robbery in the 7100 block of Kingswood Court, near Shadeland Avenue and Fall Creek Road, just west of Fort Harrison State Park. Officers learned the incident was instead an "isolated domestic disturbance" and a man had barricaded himself inside an apartment with two female victims, a department spokesperson said in a statement.
