Wednesday, Nov. 20 marked a heartbreaking milestone for one Anderson mom. It was six months to the day that someone murdered her son in Indianapolis. Even after all this time, police say there haven't been any arrests or suspects. "You have hurt, anger, rage and it's like, 'God why, why why?' All you can do is scream and ask 'God why?'" LaShun Thrasher said. Thrasher said she wants answers. "My son didn't deserve to lose his life," Trasher said. Her son, JaDen Thrasher, was shot and killed May 20, 2024, five days after his 19th birthday. According to IMPD, the case is still under investigation.
