The $10 million Morris Street Revitalization Project consisted of two miles of resurfaced roads, more than 3,000 feet of new sidewalks, street lights and landscaping. Lisa Laflin, with the West Indianapolis Development Corp, says the work was done to make it safer for everyone passing through.
