According to Visit Indy, 200,000 people are expected in downtown Indianapolis this weekend for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concerts.
Lucas Oil Stadium, however, isn't allowing fans to congregate nearby to listen to the concerts.
A spokesperson shared the following statement on behalf of Lucas Oil Stadium:
"For safety purposes, there will not be listening or tailgating outside the stadium for those guests without concert tickets."
The spokesperson said Lucas Oil Stadium's security contractors and partners at IMPD will be monitoring parking lots and other areas outside the stadium to enforce this.
Visit Indy says more than 60,000 people are expected in Lucas Oil Stadium each night for the concert — with an additional 40,000 people without tickets enjoying the festivities downtown.
IMPD has already confirmed there will be an expanded police presence downtown to keep everyone safe.
