Description
In its first 10 days, the live-action "How to Train Your Dragon" adaptation has taken flight at the worldwide box office with $358.2 million.
Based on the beloved 2010 animated film, teenager Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III (Mason Thames), is aspiring to be a dragon slayer like the other Vikings in his village — until he befriends a rare dragon.
During dragon fighting training, Hiccup is quickly intimidated and lovestruck by Astrid Hofferson (Nico Parker).
"It's been a healthy amount of turning my phone off to try and avoid being too indulgent, but the fact that the movie's kind of been welcomed into the world with such open arms, and everything has been a real privilege, so it's all very surreal but very, very exciting," said Emmy nominee Parker ("The Last of Us," "Dumbo") on the film's positive reception.
"How to Train Your Dragon" is now in theaters.
