Five people were injured in a shooting Sunday afternoon on Indy's far east side.
On Monday, July 28, an IMPD spokesperson confirmed the victims are between the ages of 10 and 19 years old and said, "the investigation remains ongoing."
According to IMPD, around 4:15 p.m. July 27, officers were called to the 3900 block of Hornickel Drive, near East 38th Street and North German Church Road, on a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound. They were reported to be "awake and breathing."
