An arrest warrant has been issued for a man who police say drove drunk at speeds of more than 90 mph seconds before a crash that killed his passenger on the southwest side of Indianapolis. James Stowers, 44, is charged with causing death while driving intoxicated and causing death when driving a car with a BAC higher than 0.08, both Level 4 felonies, and reckless homicide using a vehicle, a Level 5 felony.
