The Murdaugh family true crime saga is getting the limited series reenactment from Hulu. "Murdaugh: Death in the Family" is inspired by the popular "Murdaugh Murders Podcast" by Mandy Matney – portrayed in the show by Brittany Snow ("The Hunting Wives," "Pitch Perfect") – who investigated and blogged about the case centering around Alex Murdaugh (Jason Clarke). "They were a very powerful and prominent South Carolina legal family. It chronicles the destruction of their legacy essentially after years of scandal catches up to them," said Johnny Berchtold ("Reacher," "The Passenger"), who plays Paul Murdaugh, the younger son. "It's a wild, wild, heartbreaking story." New episodes of "Murdaugh: Death in the Family" are released Wednesdays through Nov. 19 on Hulu.
