In Syria's Douma, deeper graves for increasing number of dead In Syria's rebel-held Douma, east of Damascus, officials overwhelmed with a high number of dead and limited space have resorted to using a "layering" technique in newly-built cemeteries, stacking up to eight bodies in deeper graves.
