Description
On Tuesday September 11, 2001, Joseph Dittmar was attending a meeting on the 105th floor of the World Trade Center's South Tower. Only the lights flickered at 8:46am, when a plane crashed into the other Twin Tower. He and his colleagues had no idea a terrorist attack on the United States had started. 20 years later, at Ground Zero, he recalls how small decisions saved his life that day while many of his colleagues "didn't make it out". For this insurance expert, to "continue to tell the story" is his way of coping with the trauma. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
