Kenneth Branagh's Oscar-tipped "Belfast" -- a love letter to the hometown he fled as a child -- premiered Sunday at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Branagh hit the red carpet with star Jamie Dornan. The film festival returned last Thursday, after going online during the pandemic, with the movie adaptation of Broadway smash hit "Dear Evan Hansen" -- directed by Stephen Chbosky and led by Julianne Moore and Ben Platt.
