News 8's Shirley Clum pulled a fast one on San Diegans. You know that Begin Freeway sign? As in bee-gin not Bay-gin? He said the decision was made to rename the 163 the Menachem Begin Freeway--as in the Israeli prime minister. Not sure what the reaction was but no doubt, some bought into the prank. Check out the cars and the greenery--it certainly is--and was-- a beautiful freeway.
