Description
July 21, 1955 It was the second production of the year at the San Diego Starlight Opera. Brigadoon starred Jean Whelan and Mike Bogle in romantic leads, with Leslie Cozzens, Martha Gene, Charlie Cannon, Jerry Sullivan, Dix Brown and Jim Smock in supporting roles. More than 200 members of Scottish clans living in San Diego, dressed in kilts and plaids performed. They were accompanied by a 32 piece bagpipe band.
