Description
The Unknown Eater Jim Blankinship called Rubio's fish tacos the best in town, and at 99 cents, the best bargain. This is the original Rubio's in Pacific Beach on Mission Bay Drive. Owner Ralph Rubio told Jim that when they opened in 1983 there were only a couple of restaurants in town serving fish tacos.
