Original script:
The major league baseball exhibition game had to be canceled tonight in Westgate Park. Despite the effort of men and their flying machines to dry out the field, wet fields caused the cancellation of an exhibition game between the Giants and the Indians. However, tomorrow's game is still scheduled. San Francisco and Cleveland will play tomorrow at 1:30 weather permitting. At Scottsdale, Arizona the Chicago Cubs cut down the California Angels 6-0 and in a PCL exhibition the San Diego Padres defeated Hawaii 1-0 in eleven innings.
