Description
In a MacDonalds parking lot in the wealthy suburb of Sandton, Johannesburg, a handful of South Africans line up to receive their pre-ordered copies of former president Jacob Zuma's new book. This autobiography details his term as South African president, sometimes referred to as "the nine lost years," a claim this book disputes. Copies sell for R300, but those signed by Zuma cost R1000. But, there were not enough copies available, and many had to walk away with the promise of a book delivery. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
