The European Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Development arrive in the French city of Montpellier ahead of a meeting, which will be held until March 7. The ministers and secretaries of state will discuss the situation in Ukraine and the European humanitarian response. The various European representatives were welcomed on Sunday evening at the Opera House by Michaël Delafosse, the city's mayor, Josep Borrell, the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Vice-President of the European Commission, and Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
