The Supreme Court ruled against a New York law that was restricting the right to bear guns outside one's home. "It's creating a precedent that there are extremely limited circumstances where one cannot carry a firearm", explains expert Jeffrey Fagan. "Can one carry a firearm into a church? A mass transit?
