Charles, the Prince of Wales and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall host a Commonwealth Heads of Government Dinner at the Marriott Hotel in Kigali. The Prince welcome heads of states such as Paul Kagame, president of Rwanda, Justin Trudeau, prime minister of Canada and Boris Johnson, prime minister of the United Kingdom.
