The West, Ukraine and Russia must agree on an end to the war in Ukraine, otherwise the world is heading for the "precipice" of "nuclear war", Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko tells AFP in an exclusive interview. "We have to stop. We have to reach an agreement. We have to stop this chaos, this (Russian military) operation and the war in Ukraine," he adds.
